Place to Be Me is a South Bend day camp run by Children's Dispensary for children and adults with special needs, including autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and physical or cognitive disabilities. Summer programming runs Monday through Thursday from 9am to 3pm across June, July, and August, with a 4-to-1 camper-to-staff ratio. Campers build life and social skills through cooking, group activities, and field trips to local zoos and museums.
