Honestly, trying to communicate with them has been the worst experience. My daughters recently started here. I was super excited. They were super excited. Recently my daughter got hurt, I tried calling when a numerous amount of times, I mean so many times to get in contact with Management just to see if there was anything they could do because she could no longer attend classes after getting hurt. I called from Monday through Friday I swear like 50 times total and not once did they pick up the phone. The following Monday I also called and nothing. Tuesday after Work I had to rush down to speak to someone, before walking in I attempted to call again seeing there were two ladies at the desk & nothing. When I brought it to there attention there is no type of empathy and or excuse as of why no one picked up the phone. The following day, I got a voicemail from the manager stating she tried to call me the previous Wednesday, which was false I checked for any missed calls and voicemails, and I never had received one prior to that one. I tried to return her call and nothing. It is now Friday and I still haven’t got a hold of them. I mean, not one time. I rushed after work because it says on the website they close at 7:30. I got here at 7:15 cutting it close but I thought I still had a couple minutes. They were already locked up. At this point, I am more than annoyed, such a positive experience as a mother has turned into built-up frustration from the unprofessionalism. I don’t recommend you bringing your kids here.

Highly recommend for a kids birthday party. We hosted our son’s fifth birthday party there today and they took care of EVERYTHING. Pizza, cake, utensils, table clothes. They had two people leading the party and they were on top of everything. They had a bounce house, ball pit, and trampoline which the kids LOVED. Just book the party here! You won’t regret it!

Great Ninja Birthday party for my son! The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Shout out to Caelen and Brooke our party hostess'. They did an amazing job navigating the kids through the courses and keeping the party on track for time. I would definitely recommend PAC for your party destination!

I recently signed up my little one at Pioneer and my experience so far has been underwhelming. The experience in the office is dreadful and the person incharge is horrid. I would have already cancelled this membership if it wasn’t for the online sign ups and the lack of options around. Update: received an email from owners. No follow up call as per her email after my email response.
