My brother had his baby boys 2nd birthday party today and he paid for two rooms across the gym and there was another party happening and the other party got our room! We had gotten put in the smallest room knowing he paid a lot for his party. Also! We was timed and rushed it seems like the whole time bc we was having a birthday party. So I’m not happy with the ymca and we won’t! Be having no more party’s there anymore. Only if the ymca was like it used to be! Not rude people and cheating others out on their party rooms how rude. Also one more thing there was not enough room for everyone and a lot of the kids had to sit on the floor and eat!

We absolutely love the Pike County YMCA! The staff here truly make all the difference. From the front desk team to the lifeguards, everyone is so kind, welcoming, and attentive. They are especially wonderful with my kids, always patient, encouraging, and respectful. One thing I really appreciate is how well they handle the pool rules. The lifeguards do an amazing job consistently enforcing them while also taking the time to kindly explain the rules to both kids and parents. It creates such a safe, structured environment, and you can tell they genuinely care about everyone’s safety, not just enforcing rules, but helping people understand them. The atmosphere is always warm, friendly, and supportive every time we visit. We’re so grateful to have a place like this in our community!

Pool not open enough. Closed everyday 12 to 4pm. That's when I can make it there the easiest. Need more hours for pool.

My client and I come there often and the pool has been cold and now he doesn't want to go back. Can someone please heat the heated pool so we can come back?

There's a new preacher curl freeweight machine. It works well. Lots of great times to be had at the YMCA. Update 12/23/24: everything is the same. The weight room is never so busy you have to wait or work in. It's a great atmosphere with very nice employees!
