Powered by GoogleBeen playing here for years and it’s getting shitty and shittier. 1 hour rule for both participants locked in is bad enough, and they would even double charge you and took you lifetime to ask for a refund lol. Worst college tennis court ever.
I came here to learn tennis, not to wait while the coach arrived late and spent nearly 30 minutes chatting outside the court. If I hadn’t gone up to interrupt, the lesson likely wouldn’t have started at all. When I asked about starting the lesson, she didn’t acknowledge any issue and instead questioned how long warm-up should take. She showed no awareness that being late and chatting during lesson time was inappropriat. If we only wanted to rally and warm up by ourselves, there would be no reason to pay for a lesson. She was also unwilling to provide her name when asked. But I know she is Jennifer Neal. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and a waste of both time and money. I hope the Penn Tennis program can improve the teaching attitude and punctuality of its coaching staff.
I took an intro to tennis course here a couple of months ago. Over half of the classes (3/5) were cancelled by Penn Tennis, and I never received a refund for any class. After multiple attempts to contact them, I have just given up on trying. Avoid at all costs!
Horrible manager and service. Your money will just disappear for no reason if you put your card on there. And they won’t do anything. They can’t even remove your payment method! They also just hang your phone there for over 20 mins just to avoid solving problems.
I am a Penn student with credits for two classes (“Program: Adult 1.0 & 2.0 Clinic Wednesday”): Every time I called to book a class, I was told it was fully booked and to try again later. Recently, I was informed I couldn’t use my credit due to a system change. No one mentioned the credit had an expiration date. The manager was very rude and hung up on me. Worst experience ever!
