Daughter just graduated from university with BA in biology. Couldn't be happier with her college experience. Campus, staff and dorms(first year) were all great. Biology, RN, stem and engineering programs are second to none. She had opportunity to transfer to main campus after second year but feel in love with Behrend and stayed for all 4yrs. When doing your college searching Penn State Behrend should be at top of the list.

This campus is beautiful! It's almost as if they cut the campus into the forest. My son and I went hiking and there was an absolutely wonderful large creek to hike around, and many trails, both difficult and intermediate. The educational opportunities are challenging and unique.

Great education here at Penn State Behrend. Great experience. Let me share my personal experience attending Penn State Behrend. Attended at Penn State Behrend and graduated in 2010 and 2018, was worth it and affordable college education that has taught me many values of higher education, sharpen my critical thinking skills and other valuable learning strategies, communication skills has helped me to get a wonderful career! I’m glad I have 2 Penn state degrees ! I’m a big Penn State fan! God is good all the time! 🙏❤️! Penn State Behrend is one of campuses of Penn State University in PA, it’s a Well-rounded, good size college campus beautiful all year round seasons, enjoyed walking around during Fall 🍁and Spring 💐🌷🌹and summer seasons ☀️Prepare for a lot of snow during the winter season! There are numerous clubs and organizations, activities and events to attend! Food is ok, not the best quality depends on what you order, can be expensive! Dobbins landing cafeteria has nice selection sometimes but limited options for those with food allergies. Bruno’s cafe has nearby coffee area, many of food there not so healthy choices but I’m glad they offer variety sandwiches and wraps you can customize. Wish they had more healthy snacks and noodles, and cultural foods there. Every year I look forward walking there! Nursing program at Penn State Behrend has taught me many valuable, transferable nursing skills and clinical nursing skills I am highly thankful for ! For those looking for nursing program, consider Penn State Behrend School of Science Bachelor of Nursing Program! Good luck to all of incoming students!
