Lee does a great job of ensuring that all players are participating, learning and paying attention while having fun. If you have a young child between 4-8 years old, you know that when a bunch of them are together it can be like herding cats. Lee is a very accomplished cat-herder! I'm consistently impressed by how well he's able to manage and teach each individual child in a team sport environment. Highly recommend!
