Powered by GoogleThe Treehouse daycare at the Main Peak building is the main reason we keep our membership at The Peak. We love the gym and the staff, but without the daycare—and especially the amazing women who work there—we wouldn’t be able to go. We have been bringing our kids for three years, and knowing they are being cared for by such kind and trustworthy ladies like Emma, Nicole, and Caitlin gives me so much peace of mind. My kids truly love going to the Treehouse, and it means everything to know they are safe, happy, and cared for while I’m able to work out. The Treehouse and its wonderful staff really make our membership possible.
I have been a member of the peak for quite a few years, and have always enjoyed the up to date classes and exercise equipment!! My trainer Shanda has helped me to stay strong with different types of training sessions for over 18 or 19 years! She has helped me with proper form while doing Pilates, weight lifting, and other exercises! She recently has started a stretching program with me! I’ve done three sessions and it has helped me to feel no pain, and more energetic! The stretching is for anyone. Thank you Shanda and the Peak for all you do to help people stay active and healthy!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I recently took the opportunity to experience STRETCH THERAPY, offered by Fitness Director, Shanda Leritz and several personal trainers. I found it to be a unique and valuable option to consider when managing personal exercise routines and flexibility factors. With the initial consultation (free to members), and the purchase of a package (individual sessions are also available), the one-on-one stretching can feel like a blend of massage therapy as well as physical therapy, with gentle, specific stretches. The is a GREAT RESOURCE for daily fitness!
I guess first off.. I joined because unlike Planet Fitness(that i quit), they do not allow men in the women's locker room. So that is a bonus. There are plenty of machines to use and the facility was clean. The only thing wrong which is not the peaks fault is.. Some lady decided to to jump from machine to machine and not wipe down or even turn off the stair stepper. So overall very pleased..
That great feeling about the Peaks is so awesome. Going through just getting movement and the relief. And the healing part is better. The children really enjoyed the pool, so much fun. Thank you.
