Payomet Performing Arts Center is a nonprofit performing arts organization on National Seashore land in North Truro whose youth circus school runs weekly summer Circus Camp for children roughly ages 7-12. Campers train with professionally certified instructors in aerial arts, acrobatics, juggling, mini-trampoline, rope climbing, object manipulation, physical comedy, improv and conditioning, each geared to the individual student's level. The camp is licensed by the State of Massachusetts and meets at the Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater campus; Payomet also runs the Cirque by the Sea youth performance troupe.

★★★★★Ann PWe had our first show at Payomet. Steel Pulse had their inagural show and put on a wonderful event. The entry is highly organized and structured. You arrive and need to follow the parking rules. Entry is structured and efficient. Everyone is so friendly. There is a bar and porto lets. Inside, it's rustic and open air. The host introduced the act, first honoring with acknowledgment of traditional land of the Wompanoags. The band came on 8:20. They ended 10 PM. Their entertainment was top level. The acoustics were horrendous. I am unsure it was the band's system or Payomet. Otherwise, a wonderful night.
