We first heard about Patel Conservatory because we wanted something more structured than a “once-a-week activity”—a place where you can actually build skill over time and feel progress. What makes Patel special is the combination of serious instruction (dance, theater, and music programs with classes from early childhood through adults) and consistent opportunities to perform, which creates confidence and gives students a reason to keep showing up and improving. Being located at the Straz Center also adds a unique kind of inspiration—students train in a place where professional performances happen, so the path from learning → stage feels real.

My daughter loved the acting camp she went to this summer. She loved the instructor and she’s looking forward to coming back again. Thanks, Patel for finding something that can hold my kid’s attention for longer than a few hours!

Not good!! No real professors child oriented in music. Bad methodology. My son who is 7 went for first time to the younger singers program with Mr. Kavan, and he has the nerves to sent me an email suggesting to withdraw my child for the class for the only reason of having a bad day ONE time, in barely 3 months of classes. What a shame of “teacher”, Mrs. Santana suppose director or manager of this “school” support his action. What a shame. Not a leader. Take your child to others music school, because this one sucks!!!! And will leave you and your child with a bad-horrendous experience in music learning aspects and environment. Not to mention that my child was happy to go to music classes, loves music, has been terrific child in school, good students in grades and behavior in school. But with my mistake to putting him in this mediocre music school with a fatal teacher’.

The Patel Conservatory keeps getting better every year. Our child has attended classes from every program over the past 7 years. We love the teachers (especially dance), the administration and the guards that keep them safe. They continue to add to and enhance their program offerings, making this the best place in town for children to thoroughly explore and grow their artistic selves.

Patel Conservatory is an Amazing school for the performing arts. My daughter loves it here. The teachers, stafr and students are great and an exemplary shout out to the Security Team. They are very tight and truly ensure our childrens' safety which is of utmost importance to me. Thank you Very Much❣ We will look forward to enrolling in more classes in the future‼💯
