Paradigm Dance Project is an inclusive Rochester dance studio offering instruction for ages 4 through adult across styles including ballet, jazz, and musical theater. Its summer dance workshop brings in guest instructors for a full day of training for dancers roughly ages 5 to 18, running about 8:00am to 5:00pm. The studio welcomes dancers of all abilities and skill levels.

My five year old is extremely shy and she has gained so much confidence through dance at Paradigm, the pre comp team has been perfect for her, slowly being introduced to the competition world . We belong to creative movement class as well and absolutely love it! The staff is wonderful and so involved . Seeing the older girls was enough for me to choose Paradigm - their instruction is top notch! Cannot recommend enough!

We have attended other local dance studios (two years at each) and I have to say that the teaching and choreography at PDP is top notch. My dancers grew exponentially over this past year. PDP’s director has a high standard for the technical skills taught to the students, even at a young age. This leads to a very strong foundation. Ballet is and will always be the main foundation of dance, but PDP does an excellent job of training the dancers the technical skills in each genre of dance. This then leads to a strong and well-toy def dancer. The new location/facility is big and beautiful! I recommend that anyone look for a dance studio, or a studio that offers high caliber teaching, check out Paradigm. The class options offered I’d amazing and typically your dancer can try out a class for free! Take advantage of this! Lastly, there is also an incredibly fun and welcoming adult hip hop class that does not require any prior dance experience! It’s fun and energetic and you’ll make some great friends along the way!
