Overcharged twice , overcharged 65.00 for protecting my credit from an employee who left my information exposed , the card was replaced making it one day late , I was charged a late fee despite the fact that their negligence caused a replacement. The second most current attempt being now their asking for another 65.00 for nothing as my bank has never advised me that the payments did not go through. Hence , they went through.

It would be a zero star if possible. The YMCA does not hold their employees accountable for contacting members outside of the YMCA. They say they can't do anything about what happens outside their 4 walls even if the member is married and contact is unwanted and causes distress. They can only do something if you question the employee. By that I mean terminate your membership with no refund.

Looks like lifeguards pick and choose who can be with or without a floaty, little kids not supervised are fine, but my kids all the time with me can not be without one? Sounds more like we were the only Hispanics in the pool at the moment.

The staff at the pool are always amazing! We are always greeted with a smile and treated with kindness. Life guards are wonderful and patient! Spending lots of time at the pool this summer and we are going to switch gym membership to the YMCA.
