A nice area to workout. Very Clean weight room. Lots of options. Good variety of cardio to choose from. My favorite option is the dry sauna . Real rare to find those in a small town gym. With the Olympic size pool & basketball court, the Seymour YMCA really does have everything for everyone.

Great YMCA. The facility was clean and the weight room was organized well! The free weights are a bit dated but were maintained well. They also have a sauna, indoor pool, a recover spa ( small heated pool ) kept at 100f. Janice, at the front desk was kind and welcoming.

First time here. Brought my granddaughter to swim. Jessica was working the front desk, very friendly, and helped us back to the pool. So sweet to my shy granddaughter. Pool was clean and staff was friendly. We will be back. I definitely recommend!

Kind of expensive/weird money policies. Needed a month over Christmas break but there is a 3-month minimum at $32+/month. Daily passes are $5 but includes the pool. Treadmills are old but weight equipment is average. There's a 2 person sauna but didn't try it. Pool is very nice. Lockers are outside the changing rooms for some reason. Forgot my towel so the staff provided one.
