The Oxford Civic Center is the hub of Oxford Parks & Recreation's youth programs, running summer and spring-break day camps for children ages 6–12. The center also hosts youth basketball, flag football, soccer, and volleyball leagues in its multipurpose gymnasium and recreational facilities. Camp registration opens each February.
