Excellent evening with the staff and volunteers! Amazed by what we saw and by the enthusiasm and knowledge of the folks there. Thanks for an awesome experience.

This was a very fun experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and while there was a large group, there were plenty of telescopes so the wait to see some amazing Celestial characters was never very long. So interesting and informative. Well worth staying up late for.

Plenty of trails through the lava flows. Beautiful view from the Butte.

I would recommend doing this at least once. I'd break the experience down in 3 parts. The initial presentation, taking about stars. - 4 stars. Looking through telescopes. A unique experience. - 5 stars. The end presentation pointing out constellations. - would be 5 stars if the clouds didn't move in. Overall a good experience.

Very cool place that was worth the trip. Expert help answered questions and gave great kid friendly demos of telescopes. Lots of stuff to learn and a great facility for the hands on experience. Full family fun for kids of any age. Dress warm and expect to stay up late.
