We were extremely disappointed with how our security deposit was handled. Our deposit was not returned over claims that were inaccurate and unreasonable. We were told the chairs were not stacked neatly—they absolutely were. We were also penalized for a few grains of rice left on the counter, which is excessive and nitpicky by any standard. To make matters worse, we were accused of leaving the door unlocked, which we are confident was not the case. These excuses feel like an attempt to justify withholding a deposit rather than a fair assessment of the space. If you’re considering renting this venue, take detailed photos and videos before and after, because it seems deposits can be withheld over trivial or questionable issues. We would not recommend this place based on our experience.

Honestly if i can give this establishment a 0 i would. Had an event for a gender reveal, person was very very rude would charge extra for coming in a little bit prior to event to decorate so don’t believe the “ all day event” special it’s only for certain time slots which she doesn’t not mention until booked .She had a problem for every little thing, before event even started she passed by with her car 3 TIMES to look inside and check what what’s going on. So unprofessional, refused to give security deposit due to one piece of gum on the floor and microwave not cleaned and because she found few grains of rice in the kitchen .security deposit is for damages not for how clean something is when you leave. She had a problem of how chairs were set up on top of the tables ( not in the way she wanted them to). PLEASE do not rent from her, people already stressed with an event to deal with horrible customer service , she should not be in the customer service business if she has that attitude maybe she should find another career . I have rented for many events this had to be the worse one. Even upon arrival no hello or anything! Just telling us we can’t park in front of the salon, we parked because we were unloading the supplies for the event, she had a problem with that too. NEVER again .
