We signed our young daughter up to do a trial tumbling level 1 class and it was disappointing to say the least. The “coaches” did not demonstrate a single move. One sat the whole time and the other walked around but wasn’t providing necessary guidance. They used a circuit style training but for being new and inexperienced this is a terrible style to help kids gain confidence and skills. While most, if not all, the other kids are regulars in class it isn’t set up well to have a new child pop in for a trial run. My daughter was so excited to do gymnastics but this actually scarred her from ever wanting to try again at a different place. When we voiced our concern after a move that could have severely hurt my child but the gym owner was dismissive and didn’t seem to care. As the owner you would think she would at least show some empathy and understanding but there was nothing. It seemed like she was overly defensive of the coach in question as if it were her own daughter. We would NOT RECOMMEND this gym to anyone.

Amazing gym. Always answers the phone when called and is always so gracious at answering my questions. The environment is warm and welcoming. Kristina is amazing and nice. Overall when looking for qualities in a gym we were happy to have signed up somewhere where they answer our questions and get back to me in a timely manner and always do well at customer service.
