The O'Fallon Missouri YMCA, part of the Gateway Region YMCA, runs an affordable summer day camp for children ages 5–12 with active, supervised recreation. A Counselor-in-Training program is offered for teens ages 13–15, giving hands-on experience working with campers while building leadership skills.

★★MaryI have been going there in 2020 but due to some health issues I didn’t go back until last month. Wow a lot of things have changed for the worst. It looks like this building has not been kept up. The ladies locker room doors are so rusted inside and out you can’t put anything down because there’s rust all over. It needs to be updated. This place is getting old and it’s not attractive like it was years ago you go everywhere in there in this whole place is full of rust. I can go other places where it’s more attractive and I don’t have to worry about bringing rust home with me on my clothes or my towel from the water or the women’s locker room.
