We’ve also worked with a few other coaches when we’ve been there for open gym and everyone has been incredible! I’m so glad we have this gem in Smithfield! If you haven’t been yet, you need to go! They have ninja warrior and parkour classes for kids all ages. I was talking to one of the coaches and it sounds like their student/ teacher ratio is really small, too. I plan to sign my kids up for classes, We just need to get through a few more busy weeks! They also host birthday parties, which sounds so fun! For open gym, I like how Its not limited to one hour. You can stay as long as you want as long as it’s not dangerously busy.

The owner and employees were SO nice showing my kids how to use all the equipment and encouraged or cheered them on when they tried or finished an obstacle. The gym is incredibly clean and love that it’s very open ended in how you can use or climb different things so kids can try things however they’re comfortable with. We will definitely be back very soon!

The people that work there were super nice and helpful and very willing to answer any questions we had about obstacles or the different classes that will be available. They had a great variety of obstacles for all ages including my 6 year old. I was told that even more obstacles will be built soon. We will definitely be going back.
