★Kris QuaasI brought my racket in to get restrung and I got a call saying that it would be ready in 15 minutes and I live more than 15 minutes away so by the time I got there at 12:28 the office was locked. I can see my racket on the wall and I cannot pay for it to pick it up during the hours that are posted the establishment is open. That is incredibly frustrating as a consumer besides for the fact that you can only pay in cash or check. I understand if you are away for lunch but you should post a sign saying so to communicate this.
