★Amber WoodwardThey don’t communicate directly with you if there’s a problem. They just black list you and won’t tell you. Take messages and say they’ll have to check for availability with a director to enroll, and just don’t call you back(twice). They also staff individuals from other counties that have been looked into by dcf, and if you say anything about not wanting them around your child, you’re labeled a problem. Very unprofessional.
