It was her first time in a traditional daycare setting, and the staff made her transition a breeze. She began in the sophomore class with Ms. Jessica and Ms. Destiny, who provided an excellent balance of structure, fun and connection. She has since moved on to the Junior B class with Ms. Konty and Ms. Dee, who are also such wonderful teachers! She is so excited when I pick her up to show me the art she made and tell me all about the fun things she did and learned. They also do fun dress up days and have varied themes, so there is always something to look forward to. Our 6 month old son has also recently started in the Infant rooms, and I had no worries that he would be well taken care of. Cindy always has things well in hand at drop off, and Ms. Iyana is cheerfully playing with him when we pick up. The teachers, Megan, and the rest of the support staff always keep us informed on how the kids are doing through the parent portal with photos and reports, but they also regale us with cute stories as they see us in the halls. I know there are so many important folks that I'm forgetting to name, as they all play a part in the culture of the school and the care of the kids. I can tell the staff here truly love their jobs, and they all work together to provide a welcoming and enriching environment for the children and families. I would whole-heartedly recommend O2b Kids Penny Lane to any parent looking for a quality, loving care center for their littles!

I was in a pickle and needed child care for my youngest so I put in a request to tour the daycare. I was sent an email within the hour to get something scheduled. Diane was so helpful, calmed my nerves, as I was extremely anxious to put my baby in daycare, and answered any questions or concerns I had. When I left the tour, my daughter was signed up to start the following week. Since putting her in O2B, she has thrived SO much with talking more clear, her colors, letters and numbers and interest in potty training. This isn’t just a daycare center, they genuinely love and care about all of the kids. Miss Destiny, Jessica and Jolida are the main teachers with my daughter and she loves them so much! Jolida and Sydney are her comfort people and makes me happy to know she has that when she’s not with me. Every morning, we’re greeted by Miss Sydney, Miss Diane, or Miss Megan at the front and anybody in the hallways has a smile and positive attitude which makes the start of the day great! Going into her classroom, they’re so happy to see her which makes the kids happy to see her and makes the dropping off transition so much easier! I’m 1000% happy with my decision to put my daughter in this learning center and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for care to reach out to them about touring!
