Nova Community Center at 440 N. Nova Rd, Ormond Beach, houses the City of Ormond Beach's Special Populations Division, and its gymnasium is the site of Camp T-Rec, a summer camp for youth with special needs. Beyond camp, the division runs challenger sports, dances, the Shining STARS pageant and fashion show, and other year-round programs for people with disabilities.
