Powered by GoogleI'm a jounor camper for the camp of nosoca. I have been going for 7 years this was my last do to staff and campers. Every year there is always drama this year was the worst tho. During the end of week video I let my friend borrow my makeup and when she gave it back it went in my pocket the girls director and a over all director processed to search my stuff claiming I had a vape on me after they saw "smoke" I later learned it was two girls playing with sunscreen a counselor I will not name said it was unproticaled for them to do so. At the camp that is all about Cristian value I was also being bullied and having my trama passed around at tea time after telling a trusted church member who proved untrustworthy. I told the camp director and nothing was done abt the people who was doing so. I was being called obsessed fat ugly and more by boys there and had told the director and still nothing done. For a Cristian camp it's not very Cristian.
I've camped many times for different events and unfortunately there are a couple issues with the staff. My daughter was doing the horse riding with the adventurers and her friend didnt understand the directions in english. When she decided to translate (shes 6 yrs old) she was told this was america by the instructor and that she needed to speak English. On the same day at a separate location, one of group members walked into the cafeteria which was open. She asked for a cup of ice and the staff claimed to the other if the door was left open. (Insinuating that our group member should not have been able to walk in.) When she did get her ice, it was given(tossed) into her cup. Very disrespectful in my opinion. This is just two of the countless things that happen. Its very unfortunate. Praying the environment changes as we pay to come to this location and deserve to be treated respectfully and equally just like everyone else.
I absolutely love this place. Yes, I don't have reliable cell reception there 💗. Yes, my life slows and I can hear the birds and watch deer and feed horses! My kids love going to this camp. The staff is beyond fabulous. They are kind and careful with my children. Love this place. 💝
Beautiful camp, great atmosphere, wonderful food, vegan options are yummy, boat rides and carriage rides and hay rides are so much fun, sunsets and sunrise are beautiful! Cabins, beautiful lodge, and nice campground for staying. Love the horses and other animals and the hiking is great too! I'm always sad to leave!
Our family enjoyed our time at the ranch . The ranch has many activities . My son really enjoyed horseback riding, canoeing and riding on the water sled his favorite was the hay ride and also enjoyed his time swimming in the pool.the bathrooms were always clean and tidy.
