Northwoods Christian Camp is a Christian camp and retreat property on more than 350 acres of groomed lawn and forest trails in Pickford, in Michigan's eastern Upper Peninsula. On-site activities include swimming, boating, hiking, volleyball, basketball, baseball, soccer and campfires, and the property has a rustic lodge and several types of camp cabins. Its stated mission is to glorify Jesus Christ, help train Christ-like leaders, and provide a place for children, churches, families and groups to gather and grow. Unfortunately I don't remember much of the Christian parts, but I do remember a lot of the activities I did. And I adored (still do to this day!) that "Mini Mack" suspension bridge we used to cross the lake. I hope one day I can visit again and relive the memories. This was definitely a cool place
