The Northport Youth Sailing School is a nonprofit US Sailing-approved program teaching youth ages 8 to 18 on Northport Bay of Lake Michigan. New sailors ages 8-9 join the Little Puffs class and those 10 and up start in Beginners, with classes offered in morning and afternoon sessions across five weeks in July and August. Beyond sailing, students build teamwork, self-reliance, and environmental awareness.
