Our recent experience with the head coach for the 8–10 year old Atlanta Braves team in the Northampton Little League has been deeply disappointing and concerning. The coach in question has repeatedly demonstrated unprofessional behavior, particularly in his interactions with parents. He has yelled and screamed at adults and kids during games, creating a hostile and uncomfortable environment for both families and children. Such conduct is not only inappropriate, but it also sets a terrible example for the young athletes he is supposed to be mentoring. Youth sports should foster a positive, respectful, and supportive atmosphere—this coach has consistently failed to uphold those values. What’s more troubling is that he made a comment suggesting he intends to become a board member, implying he could exert further influence over the league. Given his current behavior, this is alarming and makes many of us uneasy. We do not feel safe or supported around this coach and strongly believe that Northampton Little League should hold its representatives to higher standards. The children and families involved in this league deserve better.

Spacious, parking is great, multiple teams can practice, kids have fun at practices, coaches have control of kids to avoid injuries and parents are very supportive of teams (T-ball).
