Powered by GoogleOur children have been attending since 2021, and the location has certainly had its lows. However, the current leadership and staff are truly amazing. I feel they go above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing space to teach and care for our children. My children genuinely enjoy attending.
The new director is doing amazing and turning this place around. I asked about the claims of neglect that they have had and she assured me that as soon as she was notified of any wrong doing, it was reported to state and they came out and did the investigation but the girl that the claim was against had already parted ways with the company. We have gone here for 5 years now and never had a bad experience. Teachers are always loving, attentive, and care deeply about the children.
I had my son here and pulled him out. I found out this place was not safe for him or other children. Between citations, parents review of child abuse and having proof among witnessing things. This place has so many citations from this month december to going back several months. Before sending your child to a daycare I recommend looking it up. All daycares have inspections and this daycare every month keeps getting citations. They just got cited this month for Utilize cruel, harsh, unusual, or extreme techniques; with children. This can be viewed among other citations. There was other parents reviews infact 3 others stating about the citations and child abuse and how there is proof. To search the daycare you will have to type N. Ridgeville. Ohio gov website. This daycare should not be open.
This KinderCare puts kids at risk. They are consistently understaffed because employees are underpaid and constantly calling off. The people they do hire often seem unqualified and uninterested in caring for children. I’ve witnessed kids running wild, climbing and jumping without supervision—accidents waiting to happen. A former staff member even told me they would never put their own children in this daycare. When I raised concerns with corporate (specifically Dada London), I was met with arrogance and dismissal instead of accountability. The facility itself is extremely dirty and unsanitary. Many staff show very poor hygiene, and classrooms are often in disarray. I have personally walked into rooms with food, pee, toys, blankets, paper clips, and other debris all over the floor—and this was not a one-time occurrence, but a constant issue. For the extremely high cost of tuition, the level of care and professionalism is unacceptable. This center needs to be looked at and investigated for the safety and well-being of the children.
Both of our children attended Young Explorers in North Ridgeville. We loved every teacher they had, the facility is clean, bright and happy. Our kids thrived in the environment and learned much more than we could have imagined. The teachers loved and cared for our children in the best of ways. They have a wonderful app that they fill with information and photos each day for communication and updates. We have been incredibly happy at the school and we’ve been there since it opened.
