★John BMy son was bitten by another child, not only did staff try to cover this up, they did not bother calling us or letting us know, then when we arrived to pick both of our kids up, they approached me with a piece of paper and asked if I would sign it, they Still didn’t inform me what happened and did not explain what the paper was, After reading it, I realized it was an incident report, I refused to sign it.. a few days later I came to pickup my kids, my son was crying in the corner of the playground outside with snot all over his face and shirt, and 4 childcare workers were standing in the middle of the playground talking and laughing and not one approached my son or helped him until they realized his dad was there to pick him up.. absolutely RIDICULOUS / unprofessional staff. I would not recommend this place if you care about your children!

★Eddrianna TysonWent in to sign my daughter up for the summer camp. Turned in all the information and was never called. Called in and left a message no return call. Called again asked the receptionist about it and was told I have all the paperwork in and she didn't understand why I didn't get a call back so I left another message. Buy this time its July and my daughter doesn't understand why she can't go to summer camp with her friends. I make a complaint at the North Canton Y and still nothing is done. And I don't receive a call from the director. Finally I just called the main Y and canceled my membership. This summer she will go to a different camp and we wont waste our time with the Y. Very unprofessional.
