★★★★★Erin Ashby**UPDATE** I reached out to the gym owner and they fixed the mistake. I still stand by my warning about the office manager that I dealt with. She’s not great. My child loves her gymnastics classes but I’m giving this 2 stars because I absolutely HATE dealing with the office staff. There is a woman who works in the office who is extremely rude and dismissive. Our school pays for the monthly fees, but we still have to keep a debit card on file. I went to the office to talk to my least favorite person on earth and she assured me that I would not be charged for the month. She made me feel stupid for even asking. Lo and behold - I was charged and it’ll probably take at least a month to get the money back. A couple of years ago we had the same exact issue and it took 2 months and a call from the school director to finally receive a refund. We cancelled our classes back then because of how frustrating it was.

Asked for Disney music to be playing and wasn’t played until the last 20 minutes of the party. This is my second booking and all around just kinda disappointed by the service.
