They provide opportunities for people in different age groups to learn and participate in dance regardless of things like physical ability or body type. My personal experience has mostly been with their adult beginner hip hop class, and they are an incredibly supportive group! Some classes allow you to drop in and try them, and they often have events happening in NOTO that encourage first timers to try new dance experiences.
