Edit: There were more than one incidents from this program, and when something did occur they wouldn’t communicate with me until after the 3rd or 4th time. Finally we withdrew our son from the program after someone stuck their finger in my sons open wound .Again I would advice that you get more or better staff for your facility. I would highly advise you to find another program. Unless you are okay with your child being beat up multiple times in their care. Staff not watching children. Staff being on their phones. Staff asking children what happened because they were not present. My son was bullied and attacked more than once in their care. Yes my son was an instigator once by playing with someone else’s Apple Watch, that was not allowed on school property per guidelines, and he was wrong for teasing that child . But that does not grant someone to hit him (or put hands on him at all) and put his finger in my son’s open wound. There was no accountability with this establishment. We do not tolerate nor condone violence. I had to contact the Shannon because I was so disturbed that ms Kiana didn’t have a true understanding to what happened at the last incident. And I pulled my son from the program. There is a reason they are changing their name to 4word learning academy.

We have used NextPrep for two years and absolutely love their after school program. Mr. Chris especially was exceptional with our children. Everyone is kind, they work on homework and have fun too. Highly recommend NextPrep!

Thank You NextPrep! My wife and I can’t say thank you enough.We relocated to the area with no family for support. NextPrep made the transition easy, and felt like home. Our kids loved the after-school so much they begged to go to the summer camp this summer.
