Google Reviews
Powered by GoogleI am writing this review from my car outside of Next Play 360 because I was informed TODAY upon arrival, that I was unable to enter the premises. All of this because of the conduct of a security officer at the On The Radar - Sweet 16 AAU tournament they hosted last night at their facility (Saturday, May 16th). I am writing this review because I am upset and taken aback by the lack of accountability and responsibility on Next Play 360's part. I'm having to miss my son's game TODAY because I approached a security officer YESTERDAY, to ask why he abruptly turned off the lights while my team was still gathering their belongings, while the coach was still taking down his camera and while the boys were still putting on their shoes and bags to leave. It was extremely RUDE! When I then went to approach the security guard to ask his reason for proceeding to turn the lights out on us, his response was dismissive and his behavior was extremely unprofessional. He used profane and disrespectful language, mocked me by laughing when I asked for identification (his name and badge number), and escalated the situation instead of attempting to deescalate it. Most alarming, the security officer DREW HIS FIREARM during the interaction, creating a dangerous situation for EVERYONE present — including children, players, parents, coaches, and spectators inside and outside the venue. While proceeding to say "he was about that life and wasn't trying to deescalate the situation". His behavior was RECKLESS, UNNECESSARY, and COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE for a youth sporting event. Security personnel are expected to maintain safety and professionalism. The actions displayed by this security officer demonstrated POOR judgment and a SERIOUS DISREGARD for public safety. It's UNACCEPTABLE & HE DESERVES TO BE RELEASED FROM ALL DUTIES HE HAS SUPERVISING YOUTH EVENTS! HE IS CLEARLY NOT FIT FOR THE JOB. HE WAS NOT REMORSEFUL and will PROBABLY continue the behavior because the owners at Next Play 360 condone it and "need security to work the event". So Next Play 360, you dismiss red flags and unhinged behavior because you need workers? And to the woman with the locs (wearing the white shirt and purple pants I believe) who says she is a family member of the owners of Next Play 360, and claimed she saw the entire interaction, SHAME ON YOU! SHAME ON YOU FOR BLINDLY AND CONVENTIELY taking his side because you needed someone to work the event today. SHAME ON YOU DISMISSING HIS BEHAVIOR AS SOMETHING SMALL, & for denying a mother the right to watch her son play today! *This Is The Security Officer's Photo Since He Refused To Provide His Name*.

Coach Jordan does an amazing job training! Fallon is always there to greet you with a smile. They are the best!
NextPlay 360 is hands down one of the best basketball training facilities out there. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the energy, professionalism, and genuine passion for player development. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped to support athletes at every level. Jordan and Chase are phenomenal trainers. Their basketball IQ, attention to detail, and ability to connect with players truly set them apart. They don’t just run drills… they teach the game, push athletes to be better, and tailor their coaching to help each player grow both physically and mentally. You can see real progress with consistent training, and they genuinely care about the success of every athlete who walks through the doors. And shoutout to Fallon at the front desk! She is absolutely my favorite! Fallon is so attentive, sweet, and welcoming every single time. She keeps everything running smoothly and makes the entire experience feel warm and personal from check-in to checkout. Her positive attitude really adds to the overall vibe of NextPlay 360. If you’re serious about basketball development and want to train in an environment that’s supportive, family friendly, high-energy, and results-driven, NextPlay 360 is the place to be. Highly recommend to athletes and parents alike. It’s a 10/10 experience every time! 🏀
We were there this weekend for tournament and the staff and all was a great experience! The Director, Monica really did a great job. They put together an outstanding tournament. We’ve been to several there and this one was well organized and no issues. Good experience for my family. Monica you are THE BEST!
