The BEST 1) bodybuilding 2) powerlifting & 3) calisthenics gym in the Flemington and surrounding area! They have everything you could ask for in terms of equipment, spacious facility, and knowledgeable/friendly staff. I’ve been to countless gyms across multiple countries and I’m so proud and happy to call this one my HOME gym.

I’m honestly not sure why the gym space wasn’t separated from the camp/kids classes during the renovation. I was really excited to use the new equipment and have more room, but the turf area constantly has children’s classes running. Because of that, it’s nearly impossible to stretch or do any mat exercises there, which is a huge bummer…. I think it’s great that they offer active programs for kids, but when memberships are almost double the price, it’s frustrating that a large portion of the gym space is regularly taken up by running children. It just makes it difficult to actually utilize the space you’re paying for… I almost preferred the old gym and equipment before their renovation because at least there weren’t large classes being held in the same room while people were trying to work out.

Warm, welcoming and encouraging team here. I signed up for a monthly membership when dropping the kids off for Ninja Camp. Hunter was very helpful. Thank you! Incredible fitness center and facility.

Just signed up for this gym. Hunter, the owner I believe, is a nice guy and he’s actually a lifter, which is nice cuz gyms run by people who don’t lift are always awful. Lost a star because I just showed up to lift and it’s closed, apparently they changed their hours to for the entire summer, which one of the big reasons I joined was cuz they were open later on weekends, but now they close earlier than most… seems nobody knew about this as several other walked in unaware, and I lift every day and was never told or shown anything about shorter hours. also the locker room is pretty tiny and always smells like bleach. Pretty dirty too, doesn’t seem like they have anyone clean the equipment, but they do have a lot of good stuff, and are adding more machines. Price is kinda high, but at least there’s no BS fees, or contract requirement, and is commensurate for the area. I’ve been a bodybuilder for 20+ years and bottom line is, if you actually lift, it’s pretty much your only option. I’ve tried every single gym in an 15 mile radius and unless you wanna pay $150/mo plus fees for healthquest, or go crowd surfing at planet fitness for very basic beginner level machines, this is the place. Update: 5 STARS!! Since the remodel, you can’t give this place less than 5 stars. Brand new clean equipment, including a full section of butt machines for the girls, 2 new sets of dumbells, new plates, new machines, they’re extending their hours until they get a 24 hour clock in system, there’s literally nothing negative left I can say about it anymore. I’ve lifted for decades, and can honestly say this gym has it all. And I moved here from Philly where I had my choice of multiple elite gyms. Staff is awesome too. There are no gyms anywhere near Flemington that can even compete, trust me I’ve tried them all. Don’t waste time looking, this is the spot.

Best gym I’ve ever been to HANDS DOWN!! I got my membership in January because I was unhappy with my previous gym and holy was I missing out. I drive the extra 10 minutes because ITS WORTH IT! Can’t wait to see what the remodel brings!!!
