Co-ed basketball training program for youth ages 11 to 19, held at the Wickham Park Community Center in Melbourne. Athletes enroll in six-week blocks of on-court training, conditioning and mentorship, offered year-round in spring, summer, fall and winter cycles. Each workout covers stretching, upper-body and leg conditioning, at least 250 shots on a shooting machine, ball handling, finishing and defensive technique.
