We have been with the staff at New Horizons for 7 years and they have been the absolute best! When my first born was an infant, I worked close by the center and was able to go see him every day over lunch hour and they were always so welcoming. 2 more kids later and we couldn’t be happier with the care and flexibility the center offers. One of our sons also got diagnosed with Celiac Disease while he was at the center and they were absolutely amazing in making us comfortable with this large life adjustment. Couldn’t recommend them more!

We have only been part of New Horizon for about 9 months, but we have loved every second of it! My daughter is autistic, so I've always been skeptical of leaving her anywhere due to her speech/communication delay. I have never once felt an ounce of doubt after dropping her off in the mornings. All staff have been tremendous, not only to my daughter but to myself as well. From day 1 we have felt extremely welcomed as we are typically always greeted by someone when going in/out. Miss Katie and Miss Amanda deserve a huge shout out though. The love, kindness, and patience they have shown to my daughter has given me such a sense of security and feeling of relief. It takes us 35 minutes to drive one way to get there but I have no problem with that due to the phenomenal care we receive. I am so glad we chose to join New Horizon Academy in Pella, and I encourage anyone else looking for childcare to do the same!

We absolutely love NHA in Pella. My 3yo has learned so much since we started. Every teacher in the building knows her name and will say hi when they see her. She loves to see her teacher in the morning and is excited to attend. We currently are in the 3yo preschool program and the education she is learning and comprehending amazes me. She is practically writing her name already. My son is in the infant room, the teachers will always communicate any questions or concerns as they come up, which I very much appreciate. They are open from 6AM to 6PM always, so we have no problems with our work schedule which was a big factor in our decision on childcare. I recommend NHA- Pella to everyone!

I have had my daughter at NHA since she was a baby. She is now 7 and goes there for after school care and summers. We have had had only positive experiences. For example this summer I have been impressed with the mix of academic and recreational activities they have. I'm happy to know that my daughter is practicing reading, doing cool STEM activities, stay physically active, and having lots of fun. I'm impressed with the staff in general. my daughter loves her teachers. Recently I got a message from her teacher about her behavior. The note was very professional. I know it must be difficult to tell a parent that their kid if misbehaving and she did a great job of showing care for my daughter but still communicating the problem but making sure we have confidence that she can improve.

My daughter has been going to New Horizon Academy in Pella for the past 4 months and it has been nothing short of amazing. The quality of support I have received from the staff has been excellent. They always greet my child with a smile and welcoming words. I receive updates throughout the day on how she is doing as well as lots of pictures showing off her day. Being a new mom, going back to work for the first time, it has been a true blessing knowing I can fully trust the staff at New Horizon Academy to care for my little girl. 10/10
