★Irina D.Do not recommend! ❌ Deeply disappointed with the children's playground on the second floor. There is trash lying around, and the conditions are completely unsanitary. The toys, the slide, the handrails, and the balls are all extremely dirty. In such conditions, children can easily catch some kind of infection. We will not be returning.
★Irina Irina.Terrible approach to toddlers and zero customer service! I strongly advise against bringing young children to this facility. My son is 4 years old (the youngest group), and we have a great previous experience to compare this to—at his old soccer class, the coaches were warm and welcoming, and he loved going. Here, over the course of three sessions (one trial and two paid classes), we tried two different groups, and the issue was exactly the same. It is clearly the facility's policy: The first coach didn't smile even once. There was no engaging or fun interaction with the kids—only strict commands. This is completely inappropriate for 3- and 4-year-olds. My child lost interest very quickly. The second coach (Christina) was just as cold. She completely ignored my son when he said hello to her. He picked up on her negative vibe, shut down, and actually became scared of her. It got to the point where another parent (a dad on the sidelines) noticed my son was upset and started kicking the ball with him just to keep him included, while the coach ignored the kids and other toddlers just sat on the floor doing nothing. This drill-sergeant approach might work for older kids, but for toddlers, it completely crushes their desire to play sports. To make matters worse, when I went to the front desk to address this and ask for a refund for our remaining two prepaid classes, the receptionist refused in a very rude manner. No apologies, no attempt to help, nothing. They just kept our money. Horrible customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else!
