It has pickleball, tennis, walking track, and a great turf area for training. The pool area is the best! I only have one complaint the rap and heavy metal music they play during the day when there are mostly grey haired people working out. How about some music with a danceable beat. 50s, 60s even disco!

It’s always clean, fresh, tons of free play court options and $8 classes to choose from, lots of workout equipment, indoor basketball/tennis/pickleball courts, a few pools, a huge hot tub, ice bath, plenty of showers and included amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotions, blow dryer, towels, feminine products, etc.). There’s also a free, personal trainer eval when you sign up that does a test on a machine that lets you know your BMI and your areas of strength and improvement (with options to pay for a trainer to help with a plan if you’d like). I’ve really enjoyed playing pickleball (started brand new this year and learned how to play over a few months with the $8 one-hour beginner classes - amazing instructors - totally worth it!). I’ve also really enjoyed the yoga and Zumba classes, treadmill, and elliptical. My husband really likes the tennis options and said the main pool is awesome. Their MVP app is also super easy to use to explore the options and sign up for things. We’ve rented the pickleball courts as well, and they’re so reasonably priced. They also have INCREDIBLY friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff/instructors. I highly recommend!!

We can walk for miles on the elevated track, use the machines at our own pace, or attend a range of group classes. Unfortunately, One Pass will no longer include MVP after December, unless something changes. We're going to take MVP's offer of a reduced rate for 6 months.

Rockford has two beautiful pools. 4 Lane lap pool (81-82 degrees), warm pool (93-94 degrees) great for kiddos and swimming lessons and everyone else who loves warm swimming. They also have a large capacity whirlpool (103. - 104 degrees) and two beautiful cold plunges ( 44-48 degrees) great for recovery and inflammation reduction! State of the fitness floor with everything you need for a full intense workout and a full size gymnasium with available noon basketball. Full size track and so much more!
