Powered by GoogleA graduation party for my great granddaughters. The area is nice.
Definitely a great place to be. I'm a BSA active scout. I was her for my summer camp with troop 520 boy scouts of America. If you love camping, this is your best spot. Great views, lakes, a Olympic sized pool, lots of trees and trails, good camping set up, also has tents for you to use if you don't have a tent. Great place to have a bit of fun. 5 out of 5 on review.
I have attended Summer Camp with my son for the past two years, 3 in a few months. The troop we are apart of has come here for years. We are H.A.P.P.Y. We love this camp. from the staff to the facilities, the camp is just great. For summer camp, the merit badge offering are vast. In two years my son has earned 10 merit badges and that included being a part of the Natomi program his first year.
Great staff, grounds are nice and well maintained. The resident is camp is a must. The camp is very organized and the staff were very knowledgeable. The kids love it. Showers are available which is nice but there are no regular water closets on the camp sites. The food is clean and edible but it is what you would expect from camp food. One bit of advice bring a wagon for gear since each campsite is several hundred yards away. Also if it is a rainy forecast bring tarps and other shelters to keep dry.
I've been going their summer camp for 5 years, about to be 6. Best. Camp. Ever. The staff is awesome, the camp director is a really cool guy, and some nice views. If you run, or are in a scout troop, I HIGHLY recommend this camp as your summer camp. Hope to see you there sometime! Just look for 279!
