Mpower Youth Sports is the absolute best after school program! This past school year was the first year that my 2 kids couldn't just stay at their school until I picked them up. With Mpower, they would pick up my kids after school and make a couple of stops to other schools to pick up other kids and then brought them back safely to Mpower. Once they got to the building I would then receive a text message saying they had been checked in which would always put me at ease. All the coaches are great and my kids loved it! Very safe and friendly environment!

We love MPower! I'm not sure who looks forward to karate class each week more, me or my 4 year old! He loves the activities they do each week in class, the coaches, and new friends he meets. I love the body control and self discipline he has learned, the friendly, enthusiastic, and patient coaches, and all the fun extra activities they do as a center. I highly recommend MPower to everyone I can!

Our family is involved in the afterschool program and the martial arts program. We love both. There are so many great things to say so I will stick with the highlights. It was obvious from our first visit that the people of MPower are like a family. No one here treats it like just a job. I know that the staff is genuinely invested in the well-being of my son. The afterschool program at MPower is a refreshing change for us. We had an experience at a well known (and generally well regarded) large daycare chain. At the chain daycare the turnover was extremely high. This was prior to the pandemic, and there was only one actual care provider that was there throughout our 6 month stint. Most of the care providers showed little interest in the children and blamed any problems on the (then two year old) children. The care providers at MPower are very well trained on how to help the children. They work with the parents directly on a regular basis to make sure that everyone is on the same page. And as for turnover, I can only think of one person who has left in the year and a half that we've been with MPower. He was a young person who was moving on to a different career. There are so many people in the daycare industry who are willing to take money from parents. There are very few who genuinely care about the kids. My son has been with MPower for a year and a half and he feels valued, cared for, and like a part of the team. Everyone from the owner on down develops actual relationships with the kids. Our family is very fortunate to have found MPower Kenwood :)
