My daughters and I have had an excellent experience at MPact Sports. We were training at another nearby gymnastics facility but found it to be crowded and chaotic with little individual attention given to my twin daughters. Someone recommended we try MPact Sports, so we checked it out and found it to be much less chaotic. They also appeared to have a much better Coach/Student ratio. Needless to say, we joined and have been at MPact for two years. My daughters have progressed in their skills tremendously since starting there. The individual attention given to each daughter has been outstanding. One daughter excelled in her development so exceptionally, she's now at the Competitive Team silver level and is completely devoted to gymnastics. The other daughter needed a little improvement on certain skills, but with the individual attention from her coach she's now also training with the Competition Team. The coaching staff is very patient, yet disciplined allowing the students to learn and progress. The Coach/Student ratio is much better than the other facility and the coaches are very knowledgeable. I sometimes observe the Martial Arts portion of MPact when my girls are training. It also appears to be reasonably disciplined, but patient and encouraging the students to learn and progress. In closing, I am very pleased and appreciative of our great experience at MPact Sports. We are moving out of state and unfortunately will have to transfer to another gym in Florida. The staff at MPact even helped me evaluate the gyms in our new location. I highly recommend anyone interested in learning and progressing with their gymnastics skills to attend MPact Sports.

We do/have done gymnastics, martial arts, birthday parties, summer camps, and Nerf Wars at MPact. The owners are actively involved and genuinely care about your children! The coaches have all been excellent and encouraging, even on days where participation has not been 100% on our end. We have been at other gyms where we felt like a number, but not here. The improvement my children have made in a short period of time is outstanding. I'm so glad we found MPact!

Mpact Sports is more then a place for martial arts and gymnastics, it's a great community. My son has been participating in martial arts and sparing class for several years and it has been the best experience for him. I have seen the time and effort the coaches pour into the students each time I am there (which is multiple times a week) . The Melton's have created a place where kids (and adults) can have fun but also grow in skills that will be useful throughout life. I can't say enough positive things about Mpact Sports. It truly has been a place of blessing to our family.

Fantastic place for my son’s 8th birthday!! We had 25 kids there for a Nerf war. Quotes: “it was amazing”; “the games were so fun!”; “totally epic!” They do a great job with birthdays. The room was huge and had a fridge and freezer.

Love MPact birthday parties! Perfect for our boys to burn off some energy and have lots of fun (without feeling too chaotic, like the jump places, in my opinion.) The kids always leave sweaty and happy. The owners are very kind and helpful and clearly love what they do. Great way to plan a low stress bday party, that’s a good time for everyone.
