Mountains & Strings Chamber Music Retreat

Mountains & Strings is an overnight chamber music retreat for string players (violin, viola, cello, bass), held each July at Harriman State Park in eastern Idaho. Campers rehearse and perform chamber music alongside string orchestra, fiddling groups or cello choir, master classes and private lessons. Two residential sessions run: Mini Mountains & Strings for younger students (up to age 13) and the main retreat for students age 13 and up. Now in its 25th year.
