The Mountain Arts Community Center (MACC), housed in a restored 1926 school building on Signal Mountain, runs a slate of kids' summer camps in art, nature, music, and technology. Offerings include Studying Under the Masters art classes (K5–rising 5th grade, Mon–Fri 10:00am–12:00pm), a Nature Explorer camp, percussion/drummer camps, and an Adventures in AI/Minecraft coding camp.

How impressive to have an intimate setting like this to perform works of literary art on the stage within walking distance of many of the homes on Old Town. It is a jewel on signal mountain, and a diamond in the crown that makes this little town so special. It is a must see and do for theater, as well as art classes, dance classes and exercise. So proud to have this in my community with volunteers so willing to staff and serve their neighbors.
