Morro Bay Yacht Club's youth sailing camp teaches children ages 8 to 18 to handle and command their own small sailboat on Morro Bay, with instructors emphasizing teamwork and leadership alongside on-water skills. Sessions run four consecutive weekdays, Monday through Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and each session is capped at 14 students. The fee is $450 per session and registration is handled through the club's Learn To Sail coordinator; families are told to bring extra layers because Morro Bay runs cold.

Powered by GoogleGood morning 🌞☀️😃 definitely a beautiful location and great history.
I i am a past member of the Morro Bay Club from 2000-2011. It was always very friendly and hospitable. I had many, many wonderful times sailing and traveling to races with the members. I went back to visit recently, and found that they are the same hospitable and friendly group as always. If you sail you won't find a better group of people. on the west coast. I currently live in Vero Beach, Florida on the Indian River for 13 years now and haven't found anything comparable to this friendly and unique Morro Bay Yacht Club.
Its a really nice place to stop and wait for better weather when you are traveling along the coast. The staff are always very friendly and so helpful. The location is breathtaking and I really enjoy walking the Embarcadero visiting all the shops and the restaurants.
Very friendly club. Bathrooms, showers and laundry available to visiting boats. Limited dock space and moorings also available. Spent three days here and loved it.
Nice dock, the usual friendly sailing crowd. Clean restrooms, showers. Good small town feel. Didn't get a chance to go in the bar / restaurant, but heard it was good. Beautiful views.
