Does great at teaching kids, teens and adults personal challanges and accomplisments as well as, learning how to teach yourself discipline, balance and movement. The instructor, Marianne, works well with those with special needs and seniors as well. I love the summer and winter potlucks. (I shared pictures of the fun obstacle course Zander created at the winter potluck) They are so much fun and everyone feels like family. Highly recommend. (I think she offers a free class for those who may want to see if it's a good match for them).
