Google Reviews
Powered by GoogleThis review is about the closed youth camp in Greer. Closed now since the fire went through and came alarmingly close to the cabins and grounds. We were in the area and decided to drive to the public entrance on the Forest Road, right outside of Greer. The camp is raising funds to rebuild some of the damaged areas and renovate others. We have a family history with this place. It was sad to see how very close the flames came, and much beloved forest is now destroyed and bare. Some growth is coming back, but it will never host the tall pines again in my lifetime. Donations can be made at the website.
