Mike was very thorough and attentive to each individual person in the class, and Julieta was super supportive and helpful with learning new techniques. 10/10 would recommend giving monster fight club a try if you’re looking to slim down or get buff because the classes are no joke and will make you sweat! Also I think it’s great for everyone (especially woman and children) to know self-defense and this place will absolutely teach you how to hold your own.
