Aerial has been a great way for me to stay in shape while engaging my creative side, something I need to keep me motivated. I've noticed so much change from my balance improving, better posture, and I've even grown an inch (actually my spine just decompressed from being upside down so much but basically the same thing)! I used to go to a chiropractor every month for back and shoulder pain and I havnt been back once since starting on the silks last year! I've grown so much this year and a lot of that is thanks to aerial. The environment is amazing and I've enjoyed every teacher I've had. Plus the Karma Cleaning program is a great way for people like me who need a little financial help to stay involved and I know there are a lot of other opportunities like the scholarship fund. When I began Lyra classes a year ago, I was sure it would be too hard and I was too old to pick up something new. I was by far the youngest person in my 1A beginner class and was constantly encouraged and walked through each step of every move. Private lessons are super helpful and affordable for the heightened instruction you’ll get and you can bring friends to make it even cheaper! I’ve gotten to try out stilt walking, silks, and the lyra SO FAR ! There’s not many aerial places like Momentum that have so many options for apparatuses AND levels! Check out a sampler class or setup a private if you’re wanting to try it out—it’s the best workout you’ll ever do ! My life’s been changed
★★★★★Zoëwell, where do I begin... Momentum is one of the most welcoming places I've encountered in Flagstaff. I began pole classes here a couple years ago, and they welcomed me and my service dog with open arms. Everyone here is so supportive of each other, and they even have socials focused on bringing together members of certain communities (LGBT+ socials, BIPOC socials). The teachers and head staff are wonderful. I am also so, so grateful for the tuition assistance programs that are offered; as a college student who has often been on again/ off again homeless, I am so appreciative that there are ways for me to continue doing classes here despite my financial struggles. I don't think I can recommend this studio enough, I know that after I graduate I'm going to really miss it here. Thanks for the amazing memories and for the new memories to be made!

But Joanie was Awesome! She made me feel comfortable and confident! She walked me through everything and by the end of our session, she had me doing some seriously cool moves and knew just how to pose you for some insta worthy pics! If you’ve ever thought about trying it…you SHOULD at Momentum Aerial.
