We had our son’s birthday party at Mission Grit and it was such a hit! When we arrived, the entire facility was spotless and the party room was all set up and ready with tables, chairs, etc. They helped us set out some themed decorations we brought and we were party-ready in less than 10 minutes. The structure of the party was so well planned with lots of time for playing and doing the obstacle courses. The instructors were so good with the kids and encouraged them in a way that helped them want to do their best but was so gentle and not “bootcampy” at all. They talked a lot about respect and courage and it was sweet to see the kids being so excited and proud as they completed obstacles and supported one another. The birthday boy felt so special during the activities- especially being carried by his pals on a kayak! The cake cutting with a sword was a fan favorite and made for some really cool pictures. We got a lot of positive feedback from the other parents that they liked the party as much as their children. We had shared that our son had a baseball game shortly after the party ended and they had our car packed and the party taken down in about 5 minutes. Everything was so smooth, well-organized, and a great time for the kids. We would definitely recommend!

I cannot express how amazing our experience was at Mission Grit. Our son celebrated his 6th birthday here and it was the best day. Nick is truly wonderful with kids - had them having the time of their lives while also focusing on working together and cooperation. If Mission Grit was a bit closer, we’d 1000% sign up for camps and classes on a regular basis. If you are considering a party here or having your child attend a class or camp, do it. We can’t wait to come back.

My 13 year old son loves Mission Grit!!! Finally, we found the activity he enjoys doing! I tried for several years to find something to get him moving. The instructors Brad and Nik are fantastic! They do a great job with the kids and the teens. They keep everyone involved, and encourage the kids to do their best. Mission Grit has new fun activities every week. The kids do things individually and work in a group. I would give this place 10 stars if I could 😊

He was incredibly helpful with all the planning details, but what truly stood out was how fantastically he led the celebration for our son and his friends. There was so much laughter, excitement, and pure joy from all the kids during the games and challenges. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — it was truly unforgettable! A huge thank-you to Nick and his assistant for being so kind, patient, and supportive the entire time. They helped us with absolutely everything, and that made the day run so smoothly.
