We love Miss Chloe’s Dance studio. My daughter has been with her for a few years and has improved with her dance skills and confidence on stage. I love how welcoming and attentive she is to all the girls and how she wants all of her students to succeed!

We have been singled out to be made to feel stupid the two years we’ve done dance with Miss Chloe and had time after time where we’ve had no communication and when I reach out on fb messenger to her studio (the only way I know how) I get made to feel stupid for not knowing when I have proof I’ve never received messages she says she’s sent. She suggested I pull my daughter out of her class today because of the communication issues when FIVE other families showed up to a canceled class with us also not knowing it was canceled. I am really baffled at how unkind Chloe can be with no reason for it when I’ve only tried to figure things out that I’m left in the dark in for a class I pay for my daughter to go to. And we’ve only ever been supportive and kind. My father funded the dance recital last year donating hundreds of dollars for us to have a 30 second performance on stage and we are still made out to feel stupid for HER lack of communication. I am praying that she is able to be more kind and compassionate towards parents and students moving forward.

We switched to Ms. Chloe’s School of Dance just over a year ago and it has been a wonderful experience for both of my daughters. I have been very impressed with the quality of the instruction. Both of my daughters advanced so much this year, yet they never felt stressed or pressured. My oldest daughter said there is something about Ms. Chloe that makes her believe that she can do hard things and that even when she struggles with learning something new that Ms. Chloe corrects her in a way makes her believe she can do it. They both have absolutely loved their classes this past year. I believe Chloe Routson has a gift for teaching dance. She is so kind, encouraging, and yet teaches her students to be disciplined dancers. My daughters are so thankful to have her as their teacher.

My daughter has been going to Miss Chloe’s School of Dance for a little over 2 years now and she loves it! Miss Chloe is a great teacher and a wonderful person. My daughter is always excited to go to class and we plan to continue her classes for years to come.

Prior to the recital held at a Local Theatre with flat seating, I would have given this school a 5 star. However, as grandparents we financed our granddaughters dance and had to pay an additional $200 for the recital and were only allowed 5 seats due to limited seating. I posted on the Facebook page comments on Dec 5, that it was a beautiful recital but we could not see at all and posted a picture. This started a firestorm with the owner Chole. She called my daughter at 740 PM screaming at her that I had posted a disrespectful post. I immediately removed the post and sent a message on Facebook Messenger to the School's site. I thought perhaps the owner was exhausted and would regret her actions, however, she has gone onto state that grandparents have no right to "express any displeasures and opinions to her". Since then, the owner has found "policies" that allow her to keep all money that we gave her to hold our granddaughters spot for the next session. The owner has removed our granddaughter from the next session. Ironically, after the recital, our granddaughter requested to stop dance? We all had encouraged her to continue since she loved it so much. Now, we all need a break from it. All could have been resolved with a simple, I AM SO sorry that you were unable to see your granddaughter perform. Perhaps even offer a video for us to view? Instead, we were told that we were "telling her how to run her business". We wanted to see our granddaughter dance. Review is for how the business handles constructive criticism not how the class is run. Our granddaughter enjoyed the class and has no idea that any of this is going on.
