My niece went on a trip with them last year where all meals were supposed to be provided. Their card got declined, she was hungry the entire time, they lied about what they were feeding the children. When we called and complained they said they would make sure my niece got more food. All of the children should have had enough to eat, and without their parents having to call about it.
